One of our favorites! Tatsoi, also known in cantonese as Tat Choy (塌菜), is a versatile green closely related to the more well-known bok choy. With a sweet, buttery and slight mustard taste, these bright green seedlings works as a great flavor enhancer to other greens mixed with it. Add them to salads, soups or Chinese stir-fries for a kick!

Tatsoi is one of the faster growing microgreen varieties. The seeds can be sprouted in jars, grown into microgreens, or as baby salad leaves. Tatsoi also grows well hydroponically. Sow them densely for microgreens, or space them further apart to grow the seedlings into baby greens. Perfect for beginners to gardening, or for the impatient!
