Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipping

Orders placed before 10am will be shipped out during the same day.

For Singpost regular parcel (untracked), it takes around 2 - 4 working days. For courier deliveries, they will be made within 1 - 3 working days.

If you have any urgent requests, do let us know as soon as possible and we will try to make things happen, additional delivery charges may apply.

Urban Harvest will not be liable for any lost parcels through singpost untracked mail and re-shipping will be determined on a case by case basis.

Urban Harvest will assume all reshipping liabilities for lost items shipped via courier or speed post (tracked) delivery options. 

 

Refunds / Returns

At Urban Harvest, your satisfaction is guaranteed. Should you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to the following guidelines and drop us an email at contact@urbanharvest.sg 

If we shipped you the wrong product or it arrived defective or damaged, we will send a replacement at no charge or refund the full purchase price, provided the item is returned to us in its original packaging.

If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind, we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping cost, provided the item is returned to us in its original packaging.
