Here is an interesting choice for microgreens, carrots! Not surprisingly, carrot microgreens have a mild, sweet carrot taste. These seedlings are rich in vitamin A, antioxidants, and carotenoids, making for an extremely nutritious addition to your meal.

Carrot microgreens have light green, feathery tops. Carrots seeds are slower to germinate and grow, with a seed-to-harvest cycle of two to three weeks. Carrot seeds can be sown more densely than other microgreens, as their cotyledon leaves are slender. We also recommend for carrot seeds to be grown in soil for better results.
