The Siberian Dwarf Kale variant produces attractive frilled leaves. Although kale is traditionally a cold weather crop, this dwarf kale variant is more heat-resistant and can be grown successfully in the Singapore climate.

Siberian Dwarf microgreens have a milder flavor than most kale variants, being less spicy or peppery. This is due to the fact that Siberian Dwarf is more closely related to turnips than other variants of kale! These microgreens are most commonly enjoyed in salads.

These kale seeds can be easily grown into microgreens or baby vegetables. Since kale thrives in cooler conditions, we recommend growing them in a shaded area indoors.

Seeds do not need to be pre-soaked, and microgreens can be harvested in 12-14 days.
