Arugula, also commonly known as rocket, has a zesty, peppery and nutty flavor that you are most likely familiar with! Arugula is a highly versatile microgreen that spices up most dishes. Arugula microgreens have an intense taste, holding up well to heavier salad dressings and sauces, and works well in sandwiches, salads, soups, and our favorite pizza.

Arugula seedlings are rich in vitamins A, B, C, and E, and in minerals such as magnesium, iron, potassium and calcium. They also contain high levels of essential amino acids and proteins. A superfood indeed!

Arugula seeds can also be sprouted on soil-less medium via a hydroponics method or grown into baby vegetables. We recommend growing them until the first jagged true leaf appears, when the peppery taste is less pungent. Arugula microgreens are fast to germinate and fast to grow, and can be harvested in just a week's time! Perfect for beginner gardeners.
