Parsley microgreens or microherbs taste like parsley, no surprises there! With flavors more intense than its adult counterpart, parsley microgreens have a bright and slightly bitter taste. They are great for garnishing and helps emphasize the contrasting flavors in a dish!
Parsley is a slightly trickier herb to grow that takes a longer time to germinate. Seeds should be grown in moist but well-drained soil. Due to its sensitivity to growth conditions, we recommend parsley for more seasoned growers. Parsley can be harvested at the microgreens stage, or grown into the mature herb.
