The ruby red variant of swiss chard is developed for its beautiful bright crimson stems and dark green leaves with splashes of red. Swiss Chard microgreens have a tender and sweet flavour, with a hint of spinach. With its eye-catching colors, the microgreens seedlings make perfect pizza toppings and colorful additions to salads. 

Also known as Rhubarb Swiss Chard, Ruby Red is easy to grow and extremely adaptable to any weather conditions, including the summer temperatures of Singapore. The seeds can be grown and harvested as microgreens, or grown into baby vegetables with a bright red stem that beautifies both your plate and garden.
