Nasturtium is a herbaceous flowering plant that blooms with eye-catching bright red, orange and yellow flowers. Nasturtium can be grown as shoots just like peas, with a spicy and peppery taste similar to a powerful wasabi flavor. Nasturtium microgreens are popularly added to sushi and sashimi for this reason!

Nasturtium can be harvested in the seedling stage or grown into the adult plant, where both its leaves and flowers are edible. The nasturtium plant is particularly rich in Vitamin C, which helps to boost immunity and overall health.

Our nasturtium jewel mix is a dwarf variant, perfect for growing microgreens. The flowers are also of different stunning colors.
