Red Garnet Mustard is an attractive variant with burgundy leaves and green stems. They are also among the easiest microgreens to grow. The leaves posses an interesting blend of color - medium green splotched and dotted with violet.

Red Garnet Mustard microgreens taste peppery and pungent, like any mustard variant. Just a handful a little goes a long way in adding bright colors and flavors to your salad. Try using this zesty microgreen as a replacement for wasabi!

Red Garnet Mustard seedlings can also be grown into baby leaves to be harvested in around 21 days. As the plant matures, the pungent taste will diminish in intensity. For a deeper red coloring, germinate and grow the microgreens indoors under a grow light, and prevent excessive heat.
