Coriander, also known as cilantro or Chinese Parsley, is a familiar herb to many. Coriander is used to flavor both Asian and Western dishes like fish, soups and salads, with its citrus and parsley-like flavor. Moreover, the leaves and stems of the coriander plant are rich in vitamins that strengthen immunity and improve overall health.

Coriander seeds are difficult to germinate in its whole form. Thus, our coriander seeds are pre-split, with a independently tested germination rate of >99 percent. Splitting also encourages quicker growth of the seedlings, which means your microgreens can be harvested faster.

It is recommended to grow coriander in soil as microgreens or the adult herb.
