Kohlrabi is the German term for Cabbage plus Turnip.  Kohlrabi, Purple Vienna microgreens have striking purple stems with dark green cotyledon leaves, which makes them extremely eye-catching. The seedlings taste similar to a slightly sweet turnip, or like broccoli. Both beautiful and flavorful, Kohlrabi Purple Vienna microgreens can be used to garnish soups, pastas, or sandwiches.

Kohlrabi seeds can be sprouted in water, grown into microgreens or even beyond the seedling stage into the mature green. Kohlrabi, Purple Vienna germinates and grows quickly, allowing for a quick harvest in 8 to 14 days. Perfect for beginners to gardening and those who are impatient!
