Broccoli microgreens are mild tasting, with a light and pleasant broccoli taste. They are extremely versatile and can be added to burgers, soups or even blended into green smoothies.

Broccoli microgreens contain high levels of sulphoraphane, which has been shown to provide powerful health benefits such as cancer prevention and liver detoxification. Broccoli seedlings contain as much as 40 times more sulphoraphane than adult broccoli greens!

Broccoli is one of the most commonly grown microgreens in the world due to the ease in germination and their fresh taste. This variant can also be sprouted in water, and grows extremely well in hydroponics! Highly recommended for beginners to gardening.
